First class, then six sessions
Free class first. Like the room? Then three weeks of basics. YouTube can't see your back round. I can.
Foundations, the beginner on-ramp
Groups of four. Monday and Wednesday, 6:30 PM, with me. Empty bar first. Speed comes later, once the positions hold.
- Week one
- Monday: 15 minutes on goals and old injuries. Then squat, hinge, push, pull, no weight. Finish with an easy 8-minute row.
- Wednesday: deadlift and press, empty bar. First short workout: 6 minutes. Go home with a walking plan for the weekend.
- Week twoSquat progressions. Clean progressions. Kettlebell swings. Then pace a 12-minute workout, even splits.
- Week threeTwo regular classes, me in the room. Then your first benchmark. Write the number down. That is the one you beat.
Your spot is held
A coach texts you within 15 minutes during staffed hours, or by 5:30 AM if you booked overnight, to confirm and ask about injuries.
Come 10 minutes early. Shoes you can squat in. Water. Park in the back lot, use the steel door.
This is a concept page, so nothing was sent.

Questions from the chalk bucket
I've never lifted. Can I come to a regular class?
Your free class, yes. The coach scales everything to you. Regular classes come after Foundations: three weeks, $99, credited to your first month. Lifted before? Do a 20-minute lift check instead. Free.
Is there a contract or a sign-up fee?
Neither. Month to month. Cancel with two weeks' notice, desk or text. Freeze up to two months a year, no cost.
How does 24-hour key-fob access work?
Join Unlimited or key-fob. Finish Foundations or a lift check. Collect your fob. It opens the lot door any hour, every day of the year. One fob, one person. The reader logs every entry.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes. The 9:00 AM, 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM weekday classes. Glass wall onto the floor, a staff member inside. $5 a visit or $30 a month. Ages 1 to 10.
What do I bring to my first class?
Flat shoes you can squat in. Water. 10 spare minutes. Borrow our chalk, belts and wrist wraps. Heading to work after? Showers and towels are there. The 6:30 crowd queues for them, so move.
