    The on-time check. Your stylist running 10 minutes behind? You hear it before you leave home.

  4. In the chair

    Card or cash, tip on the reader. Book the next one while you're still sitting.

Plans change. Here's how that works.

Cancelling
Free up to 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours, color appointments pay half. Cuts are never charged.
Running late
You get 10 minutes of grace. After that we finish what fits, or move you to the next opening at no charge.
Deposits
Only for color over two hours: $25 at booking, taken off your bill.
Walk-ins
Marcus takes walk-ins Tuesday to Saturday. Ten in the morning is the quiet hour. The app shows the wait.
Kids
Kids' cuts are $22 for under 12. A parent stays in the studio.
