Your ticket, phone to invoice

2 p.m. or 2 a.m., same four steps, same people.

  1. 1

    Dispatch picks up

We ask four things. What it is doing. How old it is. Your address. Anyone in the house who can't take the cold goes to the top.

  2. 2

    Closest truck gets it

Text one: tech's name, truck number, a time. Text two: 20 minutes out. Nobody waits on an all-day window.

  3. 3

    Price off the book

Fault found, price read from the book below. Tools stay down until you say go.

  4. 4

    Closed out

Most tickets close on that visit. Invoice and the one-year repair warranty come by text. Nothing in the mail.

Price book, truck copy

Same book every tech carries. The number they read you at the furnace is on this page, with parts, labor and a one-year repair warranty in it.

Financing, worked out

For a $6,300 furnace and AC replacement, the two plans we offer come to this:

0% APR, 18 months
$350.00 a month
9.99% APR, 120 months
$83.22 a month
Total paid on the 120-month plan
$9,986.40

0% requires a system over $4,000 and on-time payments. Both plans are subject to credit approval, with no prepayment penalty.

Tickets we take

Furnaces, heat pumps, central air and ductless. Any make, any age. We do not service boilers or commercial rooftops.

Repair

Any make. Tech finds the fault, quotes it flat, fixes it on that visit if the part is on the truck.

From $89 diagnostic

Replace

Sized room by room with a load calculation. Nobody copies the badge off the old unit. Financing from 0% for 18 months.

Free in-home quote

Maintain

Two visits a year, front of the line, no overtime. Most January no-heat tickets were a ten-minute job in October.

$19 per month

Fix it or swap it out

Our techs run this rule at your kitchen table. Put in the quote you were handed, ours or anybody's.

Repair or replace helper

Repair it

14 years times $585 is 8,190. Under 10,000 the repair is usually the better money, and a furnace that age can reasonably run another five years.

This repair$585
Replacement range$3,900 to $5,200

Age times repair cost: under 10,000 favors repair, over 14,000 favors replacement. A starting point, not a sales script.

Asked on the night line

What does a night or weekend call cost?

The same $89 diagnostic as a weekday, waived when you approve the repair. Non-members pay a $75 after-hours fee between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. and on Sundays. Plan members never do.

How fast can you get here?

Standard zone, 40 minutes on average. Extended zone, about an hour. We give you a real time on the phone, and the text keeps it current.

Is it safe to run my furnace if it smells like gas?

No. Leave the house, then call your gas utility from outside. Call us once they have cleared it. If a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, get everyone out and call 911.

My system is 15 years old. Repair or replace?

Run the helper above with your real quote. If anyone says the heat exchanger is cracked, ask to see the camera picture first. Our quote is on paper, two or three options, and there is no deadline on it.

Do you work on my brand?

Yes: Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Ruud, York, Amana, Bryant, American Standard and most ductless systems. We are not tied to one manufacturer, so the quote is about your house.

What does the warranty cover?

Repairs carry one year on parts and labor. New systems carry ten years on parts and labor, registered with the manufacturer for you. Not covered: filters, damage from flooding or power surges, and parts you supply.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, on systems over $4,000: 0% for 18 months, or 9.99% APR for 120 months. The worked example in the price book shows the monthly figures, and there is no prepayment penalty.

One number, the night desk

No queue. No answering service with a script. Whoever picks up has the board above in front of them. Sunday nights, that is Ray, the owner.

Three checks before the truck pulls up

  • The thermostatSet to heat, set above room temperature, and fresh batteries if it has them.
  • The breaker and the furnace switchThe switch by the furnace looks like a light switch. Both should be on.
  • The filterA clogged filter trips the safety limit. If it is grey all the way across, swap it.
