iPhone and Android apps for Midwest businesses, built to be opened every day.

Building for businesses in Wichita, Andover, Derby, Newton, El Dorado, Augusta, Maize, Goddard, Haysville, Park City, Hutchinson, Salina, Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan, Overland Park, Kansas City, St. Louis, Springfield, Omaha, Lincoln, and Des Moines, across the Midwest.

An app your customers keep on their home screen to order, book, and come back, or an app your team runs the day on. Native on iPhone and Android, connected to the tools you already use, from $200 per app.

An example screen: ordering ahead, rewards, and a message when it's ready.

An app your customers come back to

Ordering in a couple of taps, rewards that add up, and a message when there's something worth coming in for. It sits on their home screen with your name on it, so your regulars deal with you instead of a marketplace that takes a cut of customers you already had.

An app your team runs the day on

Orders, the till, the time clock, jobs, and checklists in the pocket of the person doing the work, with the day's numbers where the owner can see them. Shaped to how your shifts actually run, and still working when the signal drops.

What we build

Two kinds of app. Plenty of businesses want one of each, sharing the same menu, prices, hours, and customers.

Apps for your customers

Ordering, booking, and loyalty in their pocket.

Your own app in the App Store and Google Play, so regulars order ahead, book, and collect rewards with you directly.

Signs your customers want an app

  • Regulars order the same thing every week and still have to call it in
  • Delivery and booking marketplaces take a cut of customers who already knew you
  • Paper punch cards get lost, so loyalty never adds up
  • You have no quick way to tell your best customers about tonight's special
  • Questions about hours, allergens, and directions tie up the phone

What we build

  • Ordering ahead for pickup, with options for each item, a cart, and checkout
  • Rewards: points, a reward ladder, memberships, and a member QR code to scan at the counter
  • Booking and events, with add to calendar
  • Menus and catalogues with photos, allergens, and an allergy filter
  • Notifications for order updates, offers, and news
  • Hours, open or closed right now, and directions in the maps app
  • Sign-in with a code by text or email, and account deletion built in
  • Your app in more than one language
  • Games and small extras that give people a reason to open it between visits

Apps for your team

The day's work, on the phone of the person doing it.

Staff apps for the counter, the kitchen, the field, and the office, with the numbers the owner needs in one place.

Signs your team needs an app

  • Orders arrive on paper, by text, and by phone, and one gets missed
  • Timesheets are filled in from memory at the end of the week
  • Inspections and job notes live in a notebook in someone's truck
  • Approvals wait until the owner is back at a desk
  • You find out what the day took in after the day is over

What we build

  • A live order queue from new to ready, with an alert the moment an order arrives
  • A till and tabs: card readers, Tap to Pay on iPhone, cash, and tabs opened by scanning a QR code
  • A kitchen display mode that stays on, stays dark, and needs a PIN to leave
  • A time clock, schedules, and crew dispatch
  • Jobs, inspections, and incident reports, with photos at each step
  • An approvals inbox, and door codes or records revealed only with Face ID
  • Messaging between staff, and message threads with your clients
  • A Today dashboard for the owner: takings, what needs attention, and who took what
  • Client portals with projects, a work log, invoices, documents, and signing
  • Roles and permissions, so each person sees only their part
  • An offline mode that keeps working without signal and catches up when it's back
  • iPad layouts for the counter and the back office
  • AI tools that draft notes, handovers, and replies for a person to check before anything is sent

In every app

Built for everyone who picks up the phone.

The parts nobody asks for by name, and everybody notices when they're missing.

  • Works with VoiceOver and larger text sizes, and respects Reduce Motion
  • Dark mode that follows the phone's setting
  • Sign-in details kept in the phone's secure storage, and a list of signed-in devices where it matters
  • Camera, photo, and QR code scanning where the job needs them
  • Haptics that confirm an action without a sound
  • Account deletion inside the app, as the App Store and Google Play require

Apps we've made

Two of our own. Most of the apps we build belong to clients, and they aren't ours to show until they launch.

Sellam

  • Game names in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
  • Works fully offline, with no account, no ads, and no data collected
  • Best scores kept on the device
  • Haptics, sound that follows the silent switch, and Reduce Motion respected

How an app gets built

A signed contract and a working demo first, so you see your app's screens before you decide on the full build.

1

A conversation, then a quote

Tell us who the app is for and what they should be able to do in it. An app on its own gets a demo price quoted for your project. With a new website, it starts the same way as a website: a $200 commissioning fee, credited to your total.

2

A contract and a demo

You sign and pay the demo price or the commissioning fee. We build working screens of your app with your real menu, services, or jobs, and change them until they match what you pictured.

3

You decide

See it working before you commit to the full build. Your app's timeline is written into the assessment before you go ahead, so you know when it reaches the stores.

4

Build, launch, and care

We build the iPhone and Android versions together and take them through App Store and Google Play review. After launch, care is $15 a month or $150 a year per app, on a three-year contract. That covers a standard app. Anything that costs more to run is priced up front, before you sign.

Asked before every app

How much does an app cost?

Apps start at $200 each, and the iPhone and Android versions of the same app count as one app. With a new website, the website and apps package is $499 plus $200 per app. Apps on their own, and larger builds such as a staff app with a till and card readers, get a demo price quoted for your project.

What does an app cost after launch?

Care is $15 a month or $150 a year per app, on a three-year contract, with the price reviewed at renewal. That covers a standard app. Anything that costs more to run is priced up front, before you sign.

Do we need a website to have an app?

No. An app can stand on its own. If you have both, they share one menu, one set of prices, one set of hours, and the same bookings, so you change things once. See the website and apps package.

Will it work with the tools we already use?

Yes. Apps connect to the tools you already use, such as your POS, booking, and payments, so orders, tabs, and bookings land where your team already looks.

Will it be in the App Store and Google Play?

Yes. They're native apps for iPhone and Android, listed in the App Store and Google Play. An app only your staff use can be kept private to your team instead of listed for everyone.

Who owns the app?

You do. You own the code, the content, and the data from the first day, with an exit plan written at the start of every engagement.

Can you build something unusual?

Yes. We've built 3D games, QR code scanning, card readers, Face ID, and apps that work fully offline. Sellam, our collection of seven 3D games from Sri Lanka, is one example.

What would your customers open your app to do?

Tell us who it's for and what they'd use it for. We'll quote a demo and show you the screens working before you decide.
