When spreadsheets only one person understands and three tools that each do part of the job are running the company, we build the one system that fits how you already work. Your finance and IT people are welcome in every conversation; we speak their language too.

Shaped to how your business already works

Off-the-shelf software makes your team work the vendor's way, and the vendor's roadmap decides what your business can do. We build from the human to the tech: we start with how your people and your customers actually work, then build the system to fit. The tools you keep get connected; the ones you've outgrown get replaced by one you own.

Software you can hand to somebody else

Every system is handed over with a plain-language runbook: how it works, how to operate it, what to do when it misbehaves. A second engineer reads every change before it ships, nothing reaches your live system by hand, and every release has a way back decided in advance. If only we can run it, we haven't finished it. How we build, in full.

What we build

Six kinds of work. Most engagements are one or two of them, and the demo shows you which.

Custom software

Software built around your business.

Off-the-shelf tools force your team to work the vendor's way. We build operations, scheduling, inventory, and client management systems shaped to the way your business actually runs.

Signs you've outgrown off-the-shelf

  • Your team runs the business out of spreadsheets that only one person understands
  • You pay for three tools that each do 40% of the job
  • Double entry: the same information typed into two or more systems
  • Workarounds have become the process, and new hires take months to learn them
  • The software vendor's roadmap decides what your business can and can't do

What we build

  • Operations hubs: one place for jobs, clients, schedules, and status
  • Scheduling and dispatch tools that match how your crews actually work
  • Inventory and asset tracking tied to real workflows, not idealized ones
  • Client management that remembers everything, so your people don't have to
  • Integrations that make the tools you keep talk to each other
  • iOS and Android apps for your customers or your team

Process automation

Routines that run themselves.

Manual routines quietly consume a company's best people. We automate intake, invoicing, follow-ups, and compliance so the work completes itself accurately and on time, every time.

Signs automation is overdue

  • Invoices go out late because someone has to "get to them"
  • Client intake means re-typing the same details into three places
  • Compliance paperwork is a monthly scramble
  • Follow-ups happen when someone remembers, so revenue leaks
  • Your most experienced people spend hours on work a system should do

What we automate

  • Client intake and onboarding, from first contact to job-ready, hands-free
  • Invoicing and payment chasing that runs on schedule, not on memory
  • Compliance routines: reports filed, records kept, deadlines met
  • Document generation: quotes, contracts, and forms filled from your data
  • Notifications and handoffs, so nothing waits on someone noticing

Applied AI

AI that earns its keep, without the hype.

You don't need an AI strategy; you need fewer hours lost to documents, inboxes, and guesswork. We apply AI where it measurably pays for itself, and nowhere else.

Where AI actually pays off

  • Staff spend hours reading, sorting, and re-keying documents
  • Customer questions pile up, most of them the same twenty questions
  • Quotes and estimates rely on one person's gut feel
  • Ordering and staffing are guesses, so you're always over or under
  • Institutional knowledge lives in a few heads and leaves when they do

What we deploy

  • Document handling: invoices, forms, and records read and filed automatically
  • Customer response systems that answer instantly and hand off gracefully
  • Forecasting for demand, cashflow, and staffing from your own history
  • Knowledge assistants trained on your procedures, not the open internet
  • Clear reporting on what the AI did, so trust is earned, not assumed

Data and dashboards

One source of truth, finally.

Your numbers exist, scattered across bank exports, job sheets, point-of-sale reports, and someone's spreadsheet. We consolidate them into one foundation and put the answers on a dashboard.

Signs your data is working against you

  • "How did we do last month?" takes days and three people to answer
  • Every report disagrees with the last one, so nobody trusts any of them
  • Decisions wait on numbers that arrive too late to matter
  • Idle data sits in systems you pay for but never look at
  • You find out about problems from customers instead of from your numbers

What we build

  • Data consolidation: one clean, current foundation from scattered sources
  • Dashboards for owners: cash, jobs, pipeline, and people at a glance
  • Operational views for managers: today's numbers, not last quarter's
  • Alerts when a number crosses a line, so surprises stop being surprises
  • A foundation that automation and AI can safely build on later

Digital presence

A presence that works as hard as you do.

Your reputation is excellent, offline. We build the sites, storefronts, and booking systems that carry it online, convert visitors into customers, and keep working after launch.

Signs your presence is costing you

  • Customers find you through word of mouth despite your website, not because of it
  • Online orders or bookings still end in a phone call to sort out
  • Your site hasn't changed since it was built, and it shows
  • Competitors with worse work win jobs because they look better online
  • You have no idea how many inquiries the website actually produces

What we build

  • Fast, credible websites that convert, measured rather than assumed
  • E-commerce storefronts wired into your inventory and fulfilment
  • Online booking and quoting that flows straight into your operations
  • Local search presence, so nearby customers actually find you
  • Analytics that show what's working, in plain language

Systems stewardship

Systems that improve with your business.

Software isn't finished at launch, it either improves with your business or quietly ages against it. Stewardship is ongoing, accountable care for the systems your business runs on.

Signs your systems lack an owner

  • Things break and nobody is quite sure whose job it is to fix them
  • Updates get postponed until they become emergencies
  • The business changed but the systems didn't, so workarounds crept back
  • Vendors point at each other while your team waits
  • Nobody reviews whether last year's systems are still earning their keep

What stewardship includes

  • A named owner for your systems: one call, no vendor roulette
  • Proactive maintenance, updates, and security handled on schedule
  • Quarterly reviews: what's earning its keep, what needs to change
  • Small improvements shipped continuously, not saved up for a rebuild
  • Plain-language reporting on health, cost, and recovered value

How an engagement works

A signed contract and a paid demo first, so you see it working before you decide on the full build.

1

A conversation, then a quote

No slides. We want to understand the business, the people, and what quietly eats their time. Bring your IT or finance lead if you have one. You leave with a quote for a demo, priced for your project.

2

A contract and a demo

You sign and pay the demo price. We take a structured look at where hours, data, and money leak, and build a working demo, with a written assessment in plain language of what recovering them is worth.

3

You decide

What we'd build, in what order, for a fixed price per phase. Go ahead, or stop there. If you go ahead, small releases, often, so every step is one you can see and reverse.

4

Build, hand over, and steward

Built by senior engineers, reviewed on every change, handed over with a runbook. If you want us to keep improving it with your business, that's stewardship, and it's optional.

Asked before every build

Is custom software worth it for a business our size?

Sometimes not, and the assessment will say so. It's worth it when a process is costing you real hours every week, when double entry is creating errors, or when the tools you rent decide what you can do. We put a number on that before proposing anything.

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

No. Most builds connect the tools you keep and replace only the part that doesn't fit. Replacing everything at once is usually the wrong call, and we'll tell you if it is.

How long does a build take?

A first useful release in weeks, not months, because we ship small pieces often. The assessment gives you a realistic timeline for your case, in writing.

What happens if we stop working with you?

You keep everything: the code, the data, the documentation, and the runbook. Offboarding is same-day, and the system runs without us. That's a design requirement, not a courtesy.

Who actually builds and supports it?

Senior engineers from our team, human engineers supercharged by AI, with a second engineer reading every change. Our team has built banking networks, point-of-sale systems, and AI systems, and has worked inside the development of the kinds of software most businesses already use.

Do you work on site?

Yes, when it helps. We're from Andover, Kansas, and work with businesses across the Midwest. Most of the work happens remotely with regular check-ins, and we come to you for the conversations that go better in person.

What is your slowest process costing you?

Tell us about it. We'll quote a demo, and the assessment that comes with it puts a number on it in plain language.
