A company that answers for other brands, on a site that answers every buyer's question.

RevRepute runs inbound support, complaint resolution and review response for companies worldwide, in their brand voice and to written service levels. Its buyers hand it their customers, so before they read the pitch they read the terms, the privacy notice and the data processing agreement.

The brief

RevRepute sells trust: a company hands over the people who call it, email it and review it. The site had to make the offer plain to a busy operations lead, answer the questions a procurement team asks before it will sign, and do it for visitors in the EU, the UK, the Gulf and beyond.

What made it hard

  • Buyers on three continents, each with its own consent and data protection rules.
  • Procurement teams that check a vendor's own security and privacy before they check its service.
  • A brand palette whose muted tones failed accessible contrast.
  • Support is a crowded search, and RevRepute has no street address to lean on for local results.

What we built for them

The offer, in the buyer's words

The home page opens on the three things that quietly cost a company customers: nobody replied in time, a complaint went unanswered, a review sat unaddressed. Every service and every industry gets its own page written around what the client gets, with the service levels stated. A visitor who runs operations knows within a minute whether this is for them.

The pages procurement asks for

A privacy notice that names RevRepute LLC as the data controller, terms, a data processing agreement, a cookie policy and a sub-processor page, each written to the strictest standard that applies to a given engagement, whether that is GDPR, the UAE's or Saudi Arabia's data protection law. A published security contact, strict security headers and a content security policy with no exceptions mean a security questionnaire has ready answers.

Found by the people searching for support

Every page carries structured data a search engine can read: the organization, each service, each industry and its audience, and the questions buyers ask, written as complete answers so an AI assistant can quote them accurately. A summary for language models and open access for the major AI crawlers mean RevRepute is described in its own words when someone asks for outsourced support. The site is ready to add Spanish pages the day the service does.

Consent that holds up in every market

Visitors are asked once, reject is as easy as accept, and browser privacy signals are honored as a standing no. Nothing runs before a choice, so the site is defensible in front of a European regulator and a Gulf one.

Accessible to every visitor, and 100 on every score

The brand's muted gray failed accessible contrast, so it became a darker tone that passes. The result meets WCAG 2.2 AA across the site, and Lighthouse scores 100 for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO on mobile and desktop. Fonts are self-hosted, so the page loads fast anywhere in the world and no visitor's address goes to a font service.
