Google Business Profile management for Wichita-area businesses: Get Found on Google, $99 a month.
When someone searches for a plumber, a salon or a place to eat nearby, Google shows a map with a few businesses on it. Most local decisions start there. Get Found on Google keeps your listing complete, active and consistent so you are one of them more often.
The short answer
Get Found on Google is $99 a month. We claim, verify and fill out your Google Business Profile, match your name, address and phone across Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp and Facebook, answer every review in your voice, post weekly and keep holiday hours current, with a plain-English report each quarter. Setup is included with every website we build. Merchynt's pricing guide puts agency management at $125 to $400 a month per profile.
What we do each month
- Claim and verify your Business Profile, with you as the owner, and fill out every field properly.
- Match your name, address and phone exactly across Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp and Facebook.
- Answer every review, good and bad, in your voice.
- Post weekly: specials, events, new work and news.
- Keep holiday hours and changes current before customers notice.
- Send a plain-English report each quarter: listing views, direction requests and calls from the listing.
Why the map matters
Google says local results are ranked on three things: relevance, meaning how well your profile matches the search; distance from the person searching; and prominence, meaning how well known the business is, including links and reviews. You cannot change distance. Relevance and prominence are what a complete, active profile improves.
The same listing feeds Google Maps, the map in search results and Google's AI answers, whose guidance names keeping Business Profile information current as a best practice. Mismatched hours or phone numbers across sites push you down and lose walk-ins.
Reviews, gathered the honest way
We set you up with a direct review link and a card for the counter, so asking every customer is easy. We never filter who gets asked: Google's policy forbids selectively soliciting positive reviews and forbids offering anything in exchange for a review. Every review gets a reply, including the unhappy ones, because the people reading them judge you by how you answer.
Setup included with every website
Every website we build comes with the profile claimed, verified and filled out, and linked to the new site. Get Found on Google is the monthly work that keeps it that way. It is sold on its own, or in the Starter bundle: the website with full care plus Get Found on Google, $499 to build and then $129 a month on a 12-month term.
If your business runs from home or you go to your customers, Google's guidelines let a service-area business hide its address and show the towns it serves instead. We set it up that way when it fits.

Questions owners ask us
How do I get my business on Google Maps?
Create or claim a Google Business Profile at business.google.com, verify it, choose your categories, and add your hours, service area and photos. With no storefront, list it as a service-area business and hide the address. We set this up with every website we build.
How do I update my website on Google?
Change the website link in your Google Business Profile. In search results, Google shows changes to your site after it crawls it again, which can take days; the URL inspection tool in Google Search Console can request a faster crawl. We handle both on care.
Is a Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Google does not charge for the profile. What costs time is keeping it complete and active every week: posts, photos, holiday hours, review replies and matching listings elsewhere, which is what Get Found on Google does for $99 a month.
Can you get my business into the top three on Google Maps?
Nobody can promise that. Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence, and distance is out of anyone's hands. We improve what can be improved: a complete, active profile, consistent listings and a steady flow of genuine reviews.
Do you buy reviews or filter out unhappy customers?
No. Google forbids incentives for reviews and forbids asking only happy customers. We make it easy to ask everyone and reply to every review in your voice.
My business runs from home. Can I hide my address on Google?
Yes. Google lets a service-area business hide its address and show the area it serves instead. If you do not serve customers at your address, Google's guidelines say you should hide it.
Do I need Get Found on Google if you already built my website?
Setup is already included with your website. The monthly service is worth it if the map is your main source of customers, as it is for most restaurants, trades, salons and clinics, and you do not have time to post and reply each week.
What is in the quarterly report?
Plain-English numbers from your listing: how often it was viewed, direction requests and calls, plus what we posted and which reviews came in. No jargon, and what we suggest doing next.
