Gym and fitness studio websites in Wichita that turn a visit into a first class.

People shopping for a gym want to see the schedule, the price and the room before they commit to walking in. We build sites that show all three, book a trial in a few taps, and hand new members to the scheduling software you already run.

The short answer

A gym or fitness studio website in Wichita should show this week's class schedule, membership prices and terms, the coaches, photos of the floor, and a one-tap way to book a trial class, connected to the scheduling software you already use such as Mindbody, Glofox or Zen Planner. Point It Here builds it for $499 plus $49 a month, or $1,449 once, with launch in about two weeks.

What people check before a first class

Walking into a new gym is intimidating, and people put it off. What gets them through the door is knowing exactly what will happen: which class suits a beginner, what time it fits around their shift, what to wear, where to park, and what it will cost if they stay.

"Call for pricing" is where many of them stop. So is a schedule that is a screenshot from last season. The gyms that fill trial classes publish the price, the contract terms and the cancellation policy, and let someone book a first visit without talking to anyone. January brings the biggest wave of searches, with a second one before summer.

What a gym or studio site needs

  • This week's schedule, filterable by class type and coach, pulled live from your scheduling software
  • A trial or intro offer that books in a few taps
  • Membership prices, what each includes, contract length and how to cancel
  • A beginner path: the on-ramp class, what to bring, what the first session is like
  • Coach pages with certifications and the classes each one leads
  • Drop-in rates, class packs and personal training packages
  • Hours, 24-hour access if you offer it, showers, childcare and parking

Scheduling and billing software

Gyms and studios mostly run Mindbody, Glofox, Zen Planner, PushPress or Wodify, and trainers often use Square Appointments or Calendly. We embed or link your schedule and trial booking so a sign-up lands in your system with billing, waivers and check-in already handled there.

The website never takes over billing. Memberships, freezes and cancellations stay in the software that already processes them, and the site explains the terms in plain words before anyone signs.

Personal trainers and small studios

A solo trainer or a two-room studio needs less: who you are, who you train, where (your studio, a gym, clients' homes or online), your packages and prices, and a booking link. That fits comfortably in a few pages, with one clear button.

If clients have given you testimonials or before and after photos with permission, they belong on the site. We never write or invent them for you.

Questions owners ask us

Should my gym list prices on the website?

Yes. Many people leave a gym site that says call for pricing and book a trial somewhere that told them the number. Publish membership prices, what they include, the contract length and how to cancel.

Can people book a free trial online?

Yes. The trial books through your scheduling software, so the new person appears on the class roster with their waiver and contact details. They never have to call.

Will the site work with Mindbody, Glofox or Zen Planner?

Yes. We embed or link the schedule and booking from the software you use, including PushPress, Wodify, Square Appointments and Calendly. Billing and check-in stay where they are.

I'm a personal trainer. Do I need a full website?

A small one: who you train, where, your packages and prices, and a booking link. It costs the same $499 build and $49 a month, and it gives clients something better to find than a social profile.

How much does a gym website cost in Wichita?

Ours is $499 to build and $49 a month for hosting and care, or $1,449 once. That includes the live schedule and trial booking. See affordable web design in Wichita for what that price covers.

Can members see the class schedule on their phone?

Yes. The schedule loads fast on a phone and updates from your software, so a class you cancel disappears from the site too. A member app with check-in is available from $200 if you want one.
